What are Popups?
  Popup windows are windows that appear automatically without your permission when you open an Internet browser page. They vary in size, but usually do not take up the whole screen.

Most computers have a popup blocker installed since popup ads are common and unwanted. However, you may want to view a popup, such as the DriveTheBall Tutorials. To view a wanted popup, you will need to turn off the popup blocker. Remember to turn your Popup Blocker back on when you are done viewing the DTB tutorial.

Below are instructions on some of the common popup blockers.

   
  Disabling Popup Blockers
  Internet Explorer for Microsoft XP with Service Pack 2, Mozilla, Firefox and Opera all come with a built-in popup blocker. You may also use a toolbar with a built in popup blocker, such as Google or Yahoo Toolbars.

  Disabling Internet Explorer's Pop-up Blocker
  Go to Tools, Pop-up Blocker, Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
  Fire
   
  Disabling Firefox's Popup Blocker
  Go to Tools, Options. Once the Options window is open, click on Web Features and then remove the check mark from the Block Popup Windows Box. Click OK at the bottom to accept the changes.
 
   
  Disabling Opera's Popup Blocker
  Go to Tools, Quick Preferences, Open all pop-ups.
 
   
  Disabling Mozilla's Popup Blocker
 

Go to Edit, Preferences. In the Preferences window, click on Privacy & Security and then click on Popup Windows, and remove the check mark from the Block Unrequested Popup Windows Box. Finally, click OK at the bottom to accept the changes.

 
   
  Disabling Google Toolbar's Popup Blocker
  From the Google Toolbar, click on Options and remove the check mark on the Popup Blocker, click OK at the bottom to accept the changes.
 
   
  Disabling Yahoo Toolbar's Popup Blocker
  From the Yahoo Toolbar, click on the image of a window with a shield, and then select the Enable Pop-Up Blocker to uncheck this option.
 
   
  Remember to turn your Popup Blocker back on when you are done viewing the tutorial.
